Prevention

In order to keep the workplace as safe as possible for your team members and yourself, we are following the recommendations of the World Health Organization.

01

Washing hands

Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

The office is provided with instruction flyers on how to wash your hands thoroughly, as well as with disinfect pillars.

02

Keep distance

Maintain at least 1.5-meter distance between yourself and anyone else.

Follow the instructions of the floor stickers at the office to keep a safe working environment. Don't shake hands and avoid crowded places like public transport whenever possible.

If you would like to use public transport, our advice is to make use of it outside of rush hours. A face mask will be obligated as of June 1st.

03

Hygiene

Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Get your own drinks rather than touching each other's cups.

Clean your desk and equipment every morning and afternoon with the provided cleaning towels. Try to only keep using your own equipment.

04

Work from home till further notice or if...

You have any of the early stage symptoms such as a sore throat, sneezing, coughing or having a cold. You stay at home!

If you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.

Also...

Limit travelling with public transport in rush hours. And use a face mask when making use of public transport such as train, tram, metro and bus.
