Our main priority is to ensure the coronavirus situation doesn't impact our customers. This means we'll keep providing world-class platform uptime with no interruptions and will maintain our high service levels.
We're continuing to offer customer support through email and chat. Phone support will be temporarily suspended to allow support employees to work from home. If customers would like to discuss something over the phone they can email or chat us and we will call them back.
We have colleagues in The Netherlands, Spain, Ukraine and are supporting all of them in the best way possible.
Taking away uncertainty on Personal Level
For our company (as for the rest of the world) a lot has changed. Uncertainty in the near future is considerable. Together we’re doing our best to move through this challenging phase. Having said that, we know that overcoming this crisis takes a heavy toll on both personal and economic aspects.
At these times there are also positive things to share. Because we performed really well in 2019, we were able to build up significant reserves in the company. After walking through different scenarios, Sander, Jorgen and I are confident that we don’t have to cut down costs regarding personnel. We also don’t want to do that even though we can already see the financial impact the crisis will have on the company in the next couple of months. We believe that if we survive this as a team, we’ll get out of this battle stronger.
We see a lot of other companies who are (forced) to severely cut down costs, have to fire people, terminate temporary contracts or ask them to accept less salary. We however, refuse to be ruled by panic or chaos. We want to reach out in this terrible time to ask you to overcome this together as a team. We ask everyone to fully own their responsibility and perform as we’ve never done before. In return, we want to give you confidence, certainty and willpower by assuring that you’ll have a place here, that if your contract has to be renewed, it will be renewed and we’ll take care of everyone as part of the TNA/MI family.
